Support

Plain answers, quickly. If anything here doesn't solve it, email support@dadbuilt.app — a person reads every message.

Getting started

Open Moku and hand it over. There's nothing to read, no menus, and no instructions — your child steps into a little world (a house, a garden, a forest, a mountain) and wanders it by swiping and tapping. Moku is made for ages 3–6 and works in landscape on iPad.

The world saves itself

Everything your child does is kept on your device. A seed they water keeps growing between visits, treasures stay where they were put, and every visit starts where the last one ended. There are no accounts and nothing to set up.

Sound

Moku is quiet on purpose — birdsong, soft taps, no jingles. If you hear nothing at all, check the side switch / Silent Mode and the volume rocker. Moku respects the mute switch.

Purchases & subscriptions

There is no store inside the child's world. Any purchase or subscription, when offered, is set up by a parent and managed through your Apple ID (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Apple handles all billing; we never see your payment details.

Privacy, in one breath

No ads. No third-party trackers. No accounts. Your child's world stays on your device. We collect only anonymous usage signals (like "a session started") to fix bugs — nothing that identifies you or your child. The full policy: dadbuilt.app/moku/privacy.

Deleting data

The world lives on your device, so deleting the app deletes the world. If you ever want anything else removed, email us and we'll take care of it.
