Once Upon Today is intended for parents, guardians, and adult caregivers. By using Once Upon Today, you confirm that you are allowed to create, upload, save, and play stories for the child profiles and family content you add.
2. The service
Once Upon Today helps parents create personalized children's audio stories from notes, photos, themes, participants, child profile details, and other story ingredients. The app may generate titles, summaries, outlines, transcripts, cover images, narration, and saved library records.
Features may change over time. Some functionality may require an active subscription, network access, device permissions, supported iOS versions, or access to third-party services.
3. Accounts, devices, and security

4. Your content
You keep your rights to notes, photos, profile details, feedback, and other content you provide. You grant Once Upon Today the rights needed to host, process, transform, generate, store, transmit, and display that content so the app can provide its features.
Do not upload content that is unlawful, abusive, exploitative, invasive of privacy, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate for a child-facing family story product.
5. Generated stories and media
Once Upon Today may use AI systems to generate story text, cover images, transcripts, summaries, and audio. Generated output can be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, or unsuitable. Parents should review stories before playing or relying on them.
You may use generated stories for personal family use. Commercial redistribution, resale, scraping, model training, or bulk extraction of generated content is not allowed without written permission.
6. Subscriptions and purchases
Paid plans, subscriptions, trials, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing are handled through Apple and the App Store. Apple terms and policies apply to App Store purchases. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.
