Create a child profile, add a few details from today, choose optional themes or participants, and tap Make Story. The strongest stories come from concrete details: where you went, who was there, what felt funny, brave, hard, or new.
Photos are optional story ingredients. Use them for objects, places, drawings, pets, toys, meals, or scenes from the day. Avoid adding sensitive photos or photos of people when they are not needed for the story.
If a story is ready but audio does not play, check silent mode, volume, network connection, and whether the story is still finishing generation. If the issue repeats, send support the story title and approximate creation time.
Once Upon Today subscriptions are handled by Apple. You can manage, cancel, or restore subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings. App support cannot directly change Apple billing records.
You can delete stories, child profiles, or family data in the app where the controls are available. For deletion help or other privacy requests, email support with enough detail to identify the account or device installation.
